Sampling Techniques:

Utilizing a multifaceted approach, we employ air sampling as well as surface and swab sampling to gain a comprehensive understanding of the mold presence within your environment.

Moisture Detection:

Recognizing that moisture and humidity are primary catalysts for mold proliferation, we leverage state-of-the-art moisture meters to identify areas with elevated moisture levels. This includes inspecting spaces such as beneath sinks and along basement walls. Additionally, we utilize Flir One© Infra-Red Thermal Imaging Technology to detect cool and damp areas, particularly those concealed behind walls.

Thorough Examination:

Our meticulous inspection extends beyond merely identifying visible mold growth. We meticulously scrutinize for telltale signs such as water stains, damage, and musty odors, crucial in tracing the origin of mold infestation.

Consultation and Testing:

Post-inspection, we engage in a detailed consultation session, presenting our findings and collaboratively determining the most appropriate mold testing measures to achieve our pre-defined objectives. Samples collected during the inspection undergo analysis by an AIHA accredited laboratory.
